Custom software development company for teams that need to ship.
Leapstrat builds custom software, engineers products and puts AI into production for companies in the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe — as a project team, or as senior engineers inside your own.
Thank you — received.
An engineer will reply within one working day with two or three slots that fit your time zone.
Or pick a slot yourself →“They work like part of our own team. Same standups, same board, and they push back when a decision is wrong.”

Everything you need to build, modernise and scale software
Five service lines under one accountable delivery model: three for building software, one for adding senior engineers to your own team, and one for bringing in demand.
Custom software development
Systems built around how your business actually works, rather than around what an off-the-shelf product happened to ship.
Product engineering
Owning a product end to end, from the first sketch through to the release after launch.
AI and GenAI development
Getting AI past the demo and into something your team can rely on day after day.
Hire dedicated engineers
When the roadmap is agreed and the headcount is not, senior engineers who join your team properly.
Digital marketing
Demand generation that feeds the product you just built, measured against pipeline rather than impressions.
Not sure which service fits?
Describe the goal in a sentence. We will tell you what we would build, what we would not, and which team shape gets you there fastest.
Talk to an engineerAdd senior engineers to your team in about two weeks
You interview every candidate and keep full control of the roadmap. We handle sourcing, contracts, payroll and replacement cover. Rates are flat monthly per engineer, invoiced in USD, CAD, GBP or EUR.

Five stages, one accountable team
A named delivery lead owns the plan, the cadence and the reporting from the first call through to the release after launch.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on the goal and the constraints. We will say so if we are the wrong people for it.
Plan and estimate
A written plan: team, sequence, assumptions and the parts we think are risky.
Build in sprints
Engineers in your repo, working in short sprints with something to look at at the end of each.
Ship to production
Release properly, with tests, monitoring and a rollback path rather than crossed fingers.
Support and scale
We stay for the boring part: fixes, performance, the next version, or a clean handover.
Choose how much you want to own
Different goals need different structures. Start in one model and move to another as the work changes — most clients do.
Engineers inside your team
You keep the roadmap, the architecture and the standups. We bring the people who build it with you, working in your tools and your process.
You have engineering leadership and need senior hands sooner than hiring allows.
Profiles in 2 working days, start inside 2 weeks
Flat monthly rate per engineer
You. Engineers report to your leads
From one engineer, scaled month to month
A managed team accountable for shipping
A delivery lead, engineers and QA working as one unit, accountable for outcomes rather than for hours, with reporting you can pass upward.
You want a partner responsible for delivery, with visibility your stakeholders trust.
Kickoff 2–3 weeks after we agree the shape
Monthly rate for the whole pod
Our delivery lead, reporting to you
Lead, engineers and QA, sized to the roadmap
A defined project with milestones
A defined piece of work with milestones, acceptance criteria and a date, agreed in writing before anyone starts building.
Scope, timeline and acceptance criteria are settled and you need a firm commitment.
Written scope and estimate in about a week
Fixed price, agreed before work starts
Our delivery lead, against agreed milestones

What the work produced
Enterprise platform rebuild
A decade-old platform had grown unmaintainable and expensive to run. We re-architected it in stages, with no downtime for existing users, and cut the running cost substantially.
Tri-Ant Technologies
A mobile product taken from concept to launch on both platforms, then tuned week by week as real usage came in. The team stayed on through the growth period.
Reporting automation
Twelve days of spreadsheet assembly every month replaced with a single automated pipeline and a dashboard the finance team trusts enough to present from.
Where execution quality is the product
Healthcare
Patient-facing portals, clinical workflow tools and integrations, with privacy handled as a design constraint rather than an afterthought.
Fintech
Payments, lending and reporting systems where correctness, auditability and uptime are the actual product.
Retail and ecommerce
Storefronts, catalogue and fulfilment systems that stay standing through the weeks that matter most.
SaaS and B2B software
Multi-tenant platforms, onboarding, billing and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps churn down.
Logistics
Fleet, warehouse and last-mile tooling where a delayed screen means a delayed delivery.
Media and publishing
Content platforms and delivery pipelines built for traffic that arrives all at once.
Travel
Booking flows, inventory and pricing systems that hold up through seasonal demand spikes.

Trusted for long-term delivery
From legacy integrations to dynamic user workflows, they handled every layer with precision. A genuine game-changer for our platform.
Sleek, intuitive and lightning-fast. Within three months we crossed 45k users, and every detail held up, from the UX down to the backend.

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We will review the goal, recommend a team structure and send a written estimate with assumptions spelled out.
Thank you — received.
An engineer will read this and reply within one working day, with a suggested shape for the work and a written estimate.
Or book the call now →Questions clients ask before starting
Anything not covered here, ask on the call. We answer plainly, including when the answer is no.
It depends on scope, but every proposal we send breaks down the team, the monthly rate, the assumptions and what is excluded. Engagements run from one dedicated engineer to a full product team, and we will tell you on the first call if your budget and your goal do not match.
A project team usually kicks off two to three weeks after we agree the shape of the work. If you need individual engineers instead, you will see shortlisted profiles within two working days and someone can start inside two weeks.
You do, all of it. IP assignment is in the contract before anyone writes a line, and every engineer signs an NDA. Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your product.
Yes, that is most of our work. Our engineers run shifts from 09:00 to 23:00 IST, which gives about 4.5 hours of overlap with Eastern time, 1.5 hours with Pacific, and a full working day with GMT and CET, and we invoice in USD, CAD, GBP or EUR.
Often that is exactly why people call. We start with a short audit, tell you honestly what is salvageable and what is not, and then either stabilise it or plan a staged rebuild.
You interview everyone before they join, so surprises are rare. If it still goes wrong, the first two weeks are risk-free and we replace the person inside ten days at no extra cost.
A named delivery lead, standups at a time that suits your calendar, a recorded demo every sprint and a written weekly report you can pass to your own stakeholders.
